Scope

This policy applies to our self-paced digital courses, currently including Psychedelic Healing. As we add new offerings, this policy may be updated to reflect how those offerings are handled.

If a future offering works differently, such as a live cohort program, professional training, consulting engagement, subscription, or physical product, separate or additional terms may apply to that offering.

This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.

All Sales Are Final

Our self-paced digital courses provide immediate access to course materials upon enrollment, including videos, workbooks, and other resources. Because digital course content is made available upon enrollment, all sales of self-paced digital courses are final and non-refundable, except as described below or where otherwise required by applicable law.

We encourage you to review the course description, curriculum, and any available previews before enrolling to make sure the course is a good fit for you.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charge: If you are charged more than once for the same enrollment, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Access issue caused by us: If a technical error on our end prevents you from accessing the course, contact us so we can work to restore your access. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Questions Before You Enroll

If you’re unsure whether a course is right for you, please reach out before enrolling. We’re happy to answer questions and help you determine whether the course aligns with what you’re looking for.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your enrollment or a charge, please contact us first. Many issues can be resolved directly and more quickly than through a bank or payment dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant documentation regarding the transaction, including documentation of your purchase, enrollment, course access, and applicable refund policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our offerings or business practices change. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your purchase.
