Terms of Use

Psychedelic Stewardship, LLC

Effective date: 10/12/2026

By accessing or using psychedelicstewardship.com, psychsteward.com, or any successor website (collectively, the “Website”), or the related online courses, educational programs, digital materials, products, communications, and other content (collectively, the “Services”), including by creating an account, purchasing a course or product, or otherwise engaging with the Website or Services, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website and Services. The Website and Services are offered by Psychedelic Stewardship (“Psychedelic Stewardship,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Return and Refund Policy, and any additional policies or terms presented in connection with a particular product, course, or offering.

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms carefully. Section 20 contains a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved, including giving up the right to a jury trial.

1. Educational Purpose

Psychedelic Stewardship provides education and resources related to psychedelics, personal development, healing, harm reduction, preparation, integration, stewardship, and related subjects.

Our Website and Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided through Psychedelic Stewardship constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, or other individualized professional advice. Participation in a course, program, community, or other Psychedelic Stewardship offering does not establish a therapist-client, clinician-patient, supervisory, fiduciary, or other professional care relationship with Psychedelic Stewardship, its founder, instructors, contributors, contractors, or affiliates.

Please review our Disclaimer for full details.

2. Psychedelics and Lawful Use

Psychedelic Stewardship provides education about psychedelics and altered states of consciousness. Some substances discussed through the Services may be controlled, restricted, or illegal under federal, state, local, or international law.

Our discussion of psychedelics does not constitute encouragement, instruction, or authorization to possess, manufacture, distribute, obtain, or use any substance illegally or to engage in any other unlawful activity.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to you and your jurisdiction.

Psychedelic Stewardship does not sell or distribute controlled substances and does not provide referrals to illegal sources of controlled substances or underground providers for the purpose of obtaining or using controlled substances illegally.

Educational discussion of psychedelic practices, harm reduction, preparation, experience, integration, or related topics should not be interpreted as an instruction or recommendation to use psychedelics.

3. Eligibility

The Website and Services and products available for purchase through Psychedelic Stewardship are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a product, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts

The Website and certain Services may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your username, password, and other account credentials. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

Course enrollment and account access are intended for the individual purchaser unless Psychedelic Stewardship expressly provides otherwise. You may not share your login credentials or provide another person with access to paid course materials through your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, an account is being shared without authorization, our intellectual property is being misused, or use of the account poses a risk to Psychedelic Stewardship or others.

5. Purchases and Payment

Prices and availability for courses, products, and other offerings are displayed at the time of purchase and may change.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Psychedelic Stewardship does not necessarily receive or store your complete credit or debit card information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where appropriate, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Purchases of self-paced digital courses are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, self-paced digital course sales are final and non-refundable because course materials are made available upon enrollment. Limited exceptions apply for duplicate charges and certain unresolved technical access issues, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Other products, programs, subscriptions, services, or offerings may be subject to different refund, return, or cancellation terms. Any additional terms presented at the time of purchase will apply to that offering.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

If Psychedelic Stewardship offers a subscription or automatically renewing product or service, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation process will be disclosed before purchase.

By purchasing an automatically renewing offering, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until you cancel according to the cancellation instructions provided with the offering.

Where required by law, we will provide renewal reminders, notices of material changes, and a reasonably accessible method of cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and Services and all materials made available through Psychedelic Stewardship, including course videos, recordings, curricula, frameworks, written materials, worksheets, graphics, photographs, audio, downloads, presentations, designs, branding, logos, and other content (“Content”), are owned by or licensed to Psychedelic Stewardship and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws, laws of privacy and publicity, and other laws and regulations.

When you purchase or enroll in a course or other educational offering, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your own personal educational purposes.

Unless we give you express written permission, you may not:

  • reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our Content;
  • modify the Content in any way;
  • share course materials, recordings, downloads, or account access with others;
  • record or redistribute course videos or audio;
  • use our curriculum or materials to teach, train, certify, or provide programming to others;
  • remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
  • represent Psychedelic Stewardship Content as your own;
  • create substantially derivative commercial materials from our proprietary Content; or
  • upload substantial portions of paid or proprietary Psychedelic Stewardship Content to publicly accessible repositories, generative artificial intelligence systems, or other third-party systems for the purpose of reproducing, repackaging, distributing, or creating competing materials.

Nothing in these Terms prevents uses permitted by applicable copyright law, including applicable fair-use rights.

“Psychedelic Stewardship,” associated logos, course names, and other identifying marks may be trademarks or service marks of Psychedelic Stewardship. These Terms do not grant permission to use them in a manner suggesting endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.

9. Guest Faculty, Contributors, and Third-Party Perspectives

Courses and other materials may feature guest instructors, interviewees, faculty, authors, experts, or other contributors.

Their views and opinions are their own unless expressly stated otherwise and do not necessarily represent the views of Psychedelic Stewardship.

The inclusion of a person, organization, modality, product, service, research finding, or resource does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

10. Third-Party Resources and Links

Our Website and Services may contain links or references to third-party websites, research, practitioners, organizations, books, products, services, or other resources.

These resources are provided for educational or informational purposes. Psychedelic Stewardship does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, privacy practices, security, products, or services.

A link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

Your interactions with third parties are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website and Services to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • distribute malicious software or interfere with the security or operation of the Website and Services;
  • gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or restricted materials;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Psychedelic Stewardship;
  • share paid Content or account access without authorization;
  • scrape, systematically download, or reproduce substantial portions of our Content without authorization;
  • use the Website and Services to facilitate unlawful distribution, sourcing, or sale of controlled substances; or
  • engage in fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful conduct.

12. Accuracy and Evolving Information

Psychedelic science, clinical practice, law, regulation, and public understanding continue to evolve.

We make reasonable efforts to provide thoughtful and accurate educational information. We do not warrant that all Content will always be complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every person or circumstance.

Course materials may reflect the state of research, professional knowledge, regulation, or law at the time they were created or most recently updated.

You should independently verify information when making decisions involving your health, safety, professional practice, or legal obligations.

13. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Psychedelic Stewardship does not guarantee any particular educational, personal, professional, therapeutic, health, financial, or other outcome from using our Website and Services.

Individual experiences vary substantially.

Testimonials, stories, case examples, and personal accounts represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or representations that you will experience the same outcome.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

PSYCHEDELIC STEWARDSHIP DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PSYCHEDELIC STEWARDSHIP AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, INSTRUCTORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON THE CONTENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSYCHEDELIC STEWARDSHIP’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PAID PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PSYCHEDELIC STEWARDSHIP FOR THAT PRODUCT OR SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psychedelic Stewardship and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website and Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Changes to the Services

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Website and Services from time to time.

Where a material change substantially affects a paid offering you have already purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to address the effect on your access consistent with applicable law and the terms presented at purchase.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Website and Services, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The “Effective date” above identifies the current version. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Website and Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

20. Dispute Resolution

Before either party initiates any action against the other, you and Psychedelic Stewardship (each a “party”) agree to first try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally, and then through mediation. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services that is not resolved within 60 days after either party gives written notice will be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. If the parties agree on an arbitrator, the arbitration will be held before the arbitrator selected by the parties. If the parties do not agree on an arbitrator, each party will designate an arbitrator, and the arbitration will be held before a third arbitrator selected by the parties’ designated arbitrators. The arbitration will be conducted under the Colorado Revised Uniform Arbitration Act, by telephone or video conference or in Denver, Colorado. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on the parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This means you and we each give up the right to sue in court before a judge or jury, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Either party may ask a court for an order to compel arbitration or for temporary relief, such as stopping the unauthorized sharing of course materials, while an arbitration is pending. Any court proceeding permitted under these Terms will be brought in the state courts located in Denver, Colorado. Each party will pay its own costs and attorneys’ fees, except that the arbitrator may award costs and fees to you if you prevail, and will award them to us if we prevail and the arbitrator finds that your claims were frivolous or brought in bad faith, or that you brought a claim these Terms prohibit, such as a class action.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND WE AGREE, NO ARBITRATOR OR JUDGE MAY CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS OR OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions.

22. Termination

You may stop using the Website and Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a Service. You remain responsible for any purchases made or charges incurred before termination, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Subject to Section 17, we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services. Even after termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue will still apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Return and Refund Policy, and any additional terms presented with a particular purchase or offering, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Website and Services.

If these Terms conflict with additional terms presented for a particular product, course, or offering, the additional terms control for that offering. In all other cases, these Terms control.
